full-time pursuit when we moved to Hong Kong in 2018, leaving the corporate world behind.
On 10 August 2025, the dream expanded further with the launch of THE ICING TRAY BAKING
SUPPLIES—a one-stop shop for premium baking essentials, empowering home bakers and
professionals alike
